Carol Concert in aid of ex-Service men and women raises over £1,400
On the evening of Thursday 14 December supporters fi lled Lancing College Chapel for The Queen Alexandra
Hospital Home’s Christmas Carol Concert, raising over £1,400 for the charity.
The Queen Alexandra Hospital Home was ascended on by a rather unusual array of characters. Including the Pudsey Bear, Blues Brothers, Super man, a Smurf, A Pirate, and more than a few angels.
Four sculptures designed and produced by pupils from Oak Grove College are now on exhibition for residents in the gardens of the Queen Alexandra Hospital Home.
9 adventurous and courageous people took to the skies and jumped in their first tandem parachute jump at Salisbury Airfield, on Sunday 17th September 2006 for The Queen Alexandra Hospital Home.
The Mayor of Worthing 2005-2006 and Councilor for Goring, Nick John, today donated a cheque for £4,400 to The Queen Alexandra Hospital Home (formerly known as Gifford House).
